Vortex wont download mods for skyrim special edition 2018

Still cant use the skyu thingy download because of the plug in being buggy but all other mods work thanks to Loot. You can have both games installed and modded. I have the following modded games currently installed. They all work fine. As for your ENB question, It is a post processing graphics modifier. Or anither way to say it, A utility that runs along side the game and enhances the graphics. ENB by itself is just a utility, You need to download a preset for your "flavor" of graphic enhancements.
